Are you ready to lean in to whatever arises?

A famous Buddhist parable describes the suffering of ordinary life. Imagine that you are struck by an arrow. It's painful for sure. Imagine you are struck by a second arrow in the same place. It hurts even more.

As we go through life, we are going to be hit with many, many first arrows. But that second arrow? The second arrow represents our reaction to the first one. The second arrow is optional.
